September Talks

September sees a change of tact from our usual design and development orientated talks at Refresh. We'll be focussing this time on local startups, bringing together web workers from across the central belt for some open, honest, casual conversation (and a few drinks).

We'll have two short talks, followed by an extended Q&A with audience and speakers, chaired by the "web spanking" Cole Henley. Colin Hewitt and Philip Roberts of Float, a cashflow forecasting tool for small businesses, will be sharing their startup experiences, as will Sam Collins and John Sutherland of Bloop and Eventasaurus.

We want your questions. If you have questions for either Colin & Phil, Sam & John, or all of the speakers, please submit as many you like via our form.

The Voodoo Rooms will again be our venue, and you have our generous sponsors Yiibu to thank for keeping your ticket cost free! Venue open at 7pm, with talks beginning at 7:30pm sharp.
